CARE PLUS AUTO SERVICES LIABILITY WAIVER

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Liability Waiver: Care Plus Auto Services, located at 27 Racecourse Road, North Melbourne,Victoria, 3051, shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or theft that may occur to my vehicle or its contents while under the supervision of Care Plus Auto Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from car accidents, faulty parts, stolen goods, fire, and natural disasters.
2. Utmost Care Commitment: Care Plus Auto Services commits to taking the utmost care of myvehicle as if it were our We strive to ensure the highest standards of service and safety during all repairs and maintenance.
3. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that while my vehicle is in the care of Care Plus Auto Services, there are inherent risks associated with automotive repairs and services. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these services.
4. Insurance Coverage: I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain adequate insurance coverage for my vehicle and its contents.
5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Care Plus Auto Services and its employees,agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to any damages or losses incurred while my vehicle is in their care.
6. Vehicle Collection Approval: If a person other than myself is to collect the vehicle once the repairs are carried out, Care Plus Auto Services must receive written approval via email to service@careplus.com.au prior to the vehicle being released.

By creating a booking or enquiry, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms of this liability waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
